Living in the Pacific Northwest there are so many places to get clam chowder. I think every restaurant and hole in the wall claims their clam chowder is the best. We like to put those claims to test no matter how out of the way the place maybe. We love to road trip and we have no problem going a distance for an adventure or for tasty clam chowder. Here are a few places to adventure to that have some of the tastiest clam chowder we have found.
Mo's on the Beach | Lincoln City, OR
If you love to eat clam chowder while looking out over the water, Mo's on the Beach is a must try in Lincoln City, OR. They aren't the only good place in town but they are worth the stop. The restaurant is located just off the Siletz Bay and every table has a great view. The clam chowder is tasty and very fresh since they sell so much of it. If you are in the area, make sure you stop by for a bowl and the view.

Pike's Place Chowder | Pike's Place, Seattle, WA
Variety is the spice of life and Pike's Place Chowder has a variety of chowders to try. With eight amazing options there will be at least one you love. They are located in the heart of Pike's Place in Seattle in a quaint little shop that has open air/outdoor seating. Pike's Place Chowder is usually busy but it is worth the wait. If your up for it, try one of their sandwich seafood rolls, they are tasty too. Make a day of it and check out the world famous Pike's Market while you on your clam chowder adventure.

PERFECTLY TASTY is the only way to describe the clam chowder at Breakwater Seafood. We happily drive the hour and half journey to get clam chowder from this wonderful little seafood restaurant that you might never expect to have such amazing food. Every time we go there, the food is always tasty and the clam chowder is always hot and fresh. f you want more than chowder try the fish and chips or my husband's favorite the shrimp and chips.
